Most Filipinos enjoy going to school and learning but are hampered often by the lack of funds and the need to provide for their family. Where education is provided it will not be refused or taken lightly. With the appropriate long term funding it is envisaged that a number of places can be provided and the recipients would be likely to build on this education and advance to higher levels.
